Are you a people person who loves making connections and starting great conversations? Do you enjoy helping others find the support and solutions they need—while working remotely?
We’re looking for a driven and organized Appointment Setter to join our team! You’ll play a key role in connecting potential clients to our coaching programs and live events, helping us grow through genuine conversations and strategic outreach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate Leads – Research, identify, and qualify potential clients using email, messaging, social media, and other online tools.
- Book Appointments – Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and chats to introduce our services and schedule discovery calls or event sign-ups.
- Build Relationships – Understand the needs of leads and direct them to the right programs or events.
- Update CRM – Keep lead info and outreach notes organized in our CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus!).
- Collaborate – Work closely with our sales, marketing, and coaching teams to improve scripts, targeting, and results.
- Track Results – Keep an eye on key metrics like booked calls, conversion rates, and outreach volume.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – 1–2 years in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support (coaching or events experience is a bonus).
- Excellent Communicator – Clear, persuasive, and confident—especially on calls and written messages.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRMs (especially GoHighLevel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and outreach tools.
- Self-Starter – You’re reliable, proactive, and can manage your time and goals independently.
- Results-Driven – Motivated by performance targets and success metrics.
- Home Office Ready – Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
